What are my options when returning a product?

When you have an item that you'd like to return, there are a few options to choose from.

If you'd like to simply have a full refund of the purchase price of an item, you may do so after completing the return process and receiving approval for the return. Once the return is processed, you will receive a full refund.

If you'd like to have a store credit, we can issue you a Jennifer Adams gift card for the amount of the return. Again, this would be after getting approval for the return, and after the return is processed.

If you'd like to have an exchange for the item you're returning, you must also go through the returns process, receive approval, and have the return processed. Then you will get a refund on the item you'll be returning. You can order the correct item at any time.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached in order to get pre-paid shipping on the return. If the product was received damaged or incorrect, photos will be required.

In all cases, you must go through the return process and get approval to do a return.
