RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Simply fill in the order number (6 digit number beginning with 2) and the email used with the order, to begin the process. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
- All returns must be postmarked within ninety (90) days of the purchase date.
- Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

- Enter your original order number (or invoice number if referencing the packing slip).
- Once we receive your return, please allow up to 21 business days for processing.
- A refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

Refunds
- Upon receipt, your item will be inspected to confirm it meets our return policy.
- If approved, your refund will be processed.
- Please allow up to 21 business days from the date we receive your return for processing.
- Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
- You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
BOGO, Bundles & Tiered Discounts
Orders that qualify for special pricing—such as bundles or tiered discounts based on order total—will be reviewed at the time of return to ensure the correct refund amount is applied.
Tiered Discounts: If returning an item causes your order total to fall into a lower discount tier, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the discount level that now applies to your remaining purchase.
Bundles: Bundle pricing is offered based on purchasing all items together. If part of a bundle is returned, the bundle discount is removed and the remaining items will be charged at their full, individual prices.

Buy One Get One (BOGO) Returns
BOGO promotions apply only when all qualifying items are kept.
You may return one, some, or all items from a BOGO promotion.
If you return only part of a BOGO offer: the BOGO discount is removed and any items you keep are charged at their full (non-discounted) price. Your refund will be adjusted accordingly and may be reduced to $0 depending on what is kept.
If you return all items from the BOGO offer: you will receive a refund for the amount paid (or store credit, if applicable) for those items.
Any refund issued will reflect these adjustments.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items without a proof of purchase from a certified partner or reseller
- Clearance/Outlet items
- Gift Cards
- Items listed in the following promotional collections:
- Items marked “All Sales Final” on product or checkout pages

Additional Notes
- Clearance sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- All items must have a valid purchase order number to be returned.
- Free promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.
