If your return is approved and has arrived at our return center and been processed, your refund will be done through whatever payment method you used at the time of your purchase. Whether it was a credit card, debit card, PayPal or Bread financing, that is where you will see your refund.
It generally takes about 7 business days to see the refund in your account once your return has been processed.
We cannot send the refund to another payment method, only the one you used to make the purchase.
Upon request, we can also issue store credit in the form of a gift card for future Jennifer Adams purchases.
A replacement will be arranged upon request, for manufacturers defect or damage. You will not be charged for shipping the replacement item(s). Photos of the defect/damage must be submitted to support@jenniferadams.com, before a replacement can be done.
If you would like a replacement for an item that was ordered, but is the wrong color, size or fit, you must follow the return process. Return shipping is free if you follow the return process found in the Return Center.
