As an Ambassador, what if the color/size I want is out of stock when it's time to place an order?

When you sign up for an account, we ask your first and second choice of bed size, based on the rooms in your home (if you have multiple rooms, if not, that’s okay too!).

We make every accommodation possible to give you your first choice of color or size but there may be times we ship you your second choice.

Rest easy knowing that it will be product you can use in your home, based on the information you share with us.
